Is the HUMAC SmartLift available as a package?
Yes CSMi has teamed with CYBEX International to sell CYBEX Eagle and VR3 machines to all HUMAC SmartLift Customers





What if I already own CYBEX Eagle or VR3 weight stack machines?
The HUMAC SmartLift is available as an upgrade for customer that already own CYBEX Eagle and VR3 machines. You are welcome to purchase our sensors and software for the equipment (weight stack, computer, cart) you already own.





Can I use my own computer with HUMAC SmartLift?
Yes - if you already own a PC or Laptop you are welcome to use it with HUMAC SmartLift. Purchase only what you need.



Does the HUMAC SmartLift Include Installation & Training?
All CYBEX Eagle and VR3 machine purchases include shipping, inside delivery and assembly. Installation for the HUMAC SmartLift is simple (20 minutes per machine) and is optional. If you chose to use a monitor arm to hold the laptop (recommended) two holes need to be drilled in the frame.

If HUMAC SmartLift installation is purchased a one-hour in-service will be provided immediately following installation.




Does the HUMAC SmartLift have to be plugged into an outlet?
If you use a laptop you can be by using battery power. Recommend plugging the SmartLift into an outlet so the system is already ready to go.





What is the warranty?
CSMi offers a one-year warranty on the HUMAC SmartLift. If CYBEX Eagle or VR3 is purchased CYBEX International includes a one-year warranty.





Are there software updates available?
HUMAC SmartLift includes one-year free software updates. If within a year of your purchase we release a software update to the HUMAC Software you will receive it for free. Updates will be posted on the CSMi Website under Service & Support, Software Downloads. Software fixes are always available for free from our website.



What operating system is HUMAC SmartLift compatible with?
HUMAC SmartLift is XP and Vista compatible.



Who do I contact if I have a display or machine idea for the HUMAC SmartLift?
Most of our products start as ideas collected from customers. We invite you to send your ideas to CSMi via email. All ideas will be reviewed by CSMi product development
