Q: What is the warranty?
A: Refurbished Extremity Systems include a 6 month parts and labor warranty.

Q: Is training provided?
A: Each Refurbished Extremity System includes two in-services. The first in-service is provided when the system is installed. The second in-service is provided 3 months later to confirm the staff is comfortable with the machine.

Q: Does CSMi accept old Extremity System machines on trade-ins?
A: CSMi does not accept trade-in against the price of refurbished Extremity System.

Q: Does CSMi purchase used Extremity Systems?
A: Currently we are buying Biodex System2, System3, and CYBEX NORM Extremity Systems.

Q: Who do we call for service?
A: Contact CSMi for all of your related Extremity System Service needs.

Q: If we already own an Extremity System can we send it to CSMi to be refurbished?
A: Yes. The final price will be determined based on the condition of your machine and your requirements such as paint and upholstery If your existing machine is in good mechanical condition see the HUMAC Upgrade for Existing Biodex Systems. This is a field installable solution.

Q: Are refurbished Lido or Kin-Com machines available?
A: No.

Q: Can we purchase a machine for export?
A: Yes. CSMi has distribution in 33 countries worldwide. In countries where we do not have a distributor we will work with you purchase a machine in the US and help you export it. Overseas installation and training is also available.

Q: What is the overlay condition of a refurbished machine?
A: Functionally the refurbished machines are in top condition. Visually refurbished machines will look like 3 to 4year old machines. Paint may be scratched or dulled. Upholstery may be worn (but no tears). Velcro straps will be new.
