How the on-line forum works?

The Forum has a membership containing email addresses
A member posts a topic by sending an email to the forum
The post is broadcasted to all members on the forum list via email
When a member replies the reply is rebroadcasted to all members on the forum list via email
And so it goes until the replies stop.

To participate in the forum you need to register. Once you are registered you have the ability to receive, post, and reply to submissions.
