Yes - If you can get your exisiting information into MS Excel we can import it for you. Typically we are able to import athlete demongraphics. There is a small, one-time charge for this service.

SWOL is a subscription based service. Billing is done annually. Your price depends on the number of concurrent uses with the ability to add, edit, or delect records from a database. Typically this is the athletic trainer. There is no charge for athletes to use SWOL. There is no charge for coaches to use SWOL. There is no charge for view only access users to use SWOL (typically physicians or administrators). The more concurrent licenses you purchase the lower the cost per license.

Pricing is based on the number of licenses that appear on the same PO and therefore the same CSMi Invoice.

• Example 1 - District has 4 schools and each school wants 2 licenses for a total of eight. CSMi receives a district PO for 8 licenses and CSMi is able to send one invoice for 8 licenses the district would receive a group discount.
• Example 2 - District has 4 schools and each school wants 2 licenses for a total of eight. CSMi receives a district PO for 8 licenses but CSMi has to send one invoice to each school then the district would not receive a group discount.

No. Because SWOL is a true web-based application (nothing is loaded on the local device) the is only one copy of the program which all of our users are sharing. When an update is released all of our users gain access to the update immediately. Updates are covered in the subscription price.
