ATC Invoice Billing Software.

New billing module enables athletic trainers to create CMS 1500 forms from SportsWare Treatment Records for submission to insurance companies for payment.

If you are or plan to bill for athletic training services you need ATC Invoice by CSMi. To request payment for services a CMS 1500 Form must be completed. This form includes information that is already stored in SportsWare Athletic, Injury, and Treatment Records. When it is time to submit a claim for payment simply select the appropriate treatments in the ATC Invoice Module, preview, and add any missing information, then press Print. SportsWare will create a completed industry standard CMS 1500 ready for submission.
