Every August the ritual begins - - athletic trainers print, snail mail, receive, and enter athlete address, emergency contact, insurance, and medical information in a computer. Every year hours upon hours are wasted on this process. Good news, CSMi just replaced this process with a few clicks of the mouse.
When the log-in screen appears use the Username/Password combination listed below. This is the same routine athletes and parents would follow. You are welcome to enter as much data as you like. Please call if you have questions or would like to place an order.

SportsWare Injury Tacking Software is loaded on a desktop computer in the training room. The SportsWare database is stored on the school’s web server (access to the internet). SportsWare HomeLink is added to the school’s website and is linked to the SportsWare database on the web server. Athletes log onto SportsWare HomeLink via the school’s website using a unique User Name/Password combination. Once logged into SportsWare HomeLink, athletes add/update their information and press Submit when finished. An email indicating who updated their records is sent to the athletic trainer and the data is stored in athlete’s SportsWare file.
