How do I log on to SportsWareOnLine?
SportsWareOnLine is a true web-based application. To access SportsWareOnLine open a web-browser on most MAC, PC, or Smart phones and go to www.swol123.net Enter your user name and password and you are ready to go.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
SportsWareOnLine includes a “Get Password” function. If you forget your password enter you email address and press "Get Password." SportsWareOnLine will send the password associated with the email.
Do we need to load software on my computer(s) or make most adjustments to our firewall before using SportsWareOnLine?
Absolutely Not. SportsWareOnLine is a true web-base application. Go to www.swol123.net from your computer or smart phone, enter your email address and password, and you are ready to record, manage, or report athletic medical records.
Where will my data be located and will it be secure?
Your information will be stored in our secure online data center that is monitored 24/7. Our data warehouse is a Level 1 PCI (payment card information) service provider that is certified by Visa annually. The database infrastructure and internet communications are encrypted to ensure secure communications and storage. CSMi fully understands the HIPAA rules and regulations and SportsWare EMR Online is fully HIPAA compliant.
Can I import my existing SportsWare Database?
Yes - for a small fee CSMi will import your existing SportsWare Desktop Software into SportsWare EMR Online.
Can Athletes add themselves to the database?
The athlete needs to be in the database for them to access their records. This prevents duplicate records.
What information can athletes add / edit in SportsWare EMR Online?
If you purchase the Pre-participation access your athletes and their parents can enter and update athlete addresses, emergency contacts, insurance companies, medical alerts, and health history. Each time a record is updated an email will be sent to the Athletic Trainer.
Can data be added to SportsWareOnLine when off-line?
No. You need to be online via a PC, Mac, or Smart phones to use SportsWare EMR Online.
What happens to my data if I want to leave SportsWareOnLine?
If you decide to leave SportsWareOnLine you can print hardcopy reports of all your records. Or for a small fee CSMi will save your records in a Microsoft Access compatible format on a CD. ortsWare On-line is a true web-base application.
What are my patment options?
SportsWareOnLine is a subscription purchase. You have the option of paying on a monthly or yearly basis. If you choose a yearly basis, you will save 2 months of fees compared to 12 months of monthly billing.
How do I order SportsWareOnLine?
Download, complete, and send a SportsWareOnLine order form to CSMi (via email or fax). Or, if you would like to speak to someone before you order, you can contact CSMi by calling 781-297-2034 x102.
Once I order SportsWareOnLine how long will it take for my account to be setup and operational?
Upon receipt of your order, your SportsWareOnLine account will be operational by the next business day.
