Contact Us First For Service & Support On Your CSMi Products

CSMi provides service and support for all of the products we manufacture and some that we do not (refurbished extremity systems). Our in-house technicians have access to the product specific information & parts needed to keep your CSMi product up and running. And if your CSMi Product has internet access we offer remote computer log-in services which in most cases eliminates the need for extended phone conversations and/or on-site service calls.

Phone Support: CSMi has technicians available to help customers over the phone however this service may be billable if a product is out-of-warranty or the customer does not have a service plan in place.

Service examples:

  • Customers calling to order a part. There will be a charge for the part. No charge for the phone call.
  • Customer calling for help installing the part once it arrives. The call may be billable based on anticipated help needed.
  • Excluding our on-line products (SportsWareOnLine). Customer calling for software support will be charged.

Biomedical Departments & 3rd Party Services. CSMi is the quickest path to resolving a CSMi product service issue. If you enlist the Biomedical Department or a 3 party be aware you may be increasing the cost of your repair as these groups typically call CSMi for help. Calls us first for advice on how best to resolve a CSMi product service issue.
